The WVPGA Annual Meeting will be October 7–9, 2025, at the beautiful Canaan Valley State Park Resort in Davis, WV. Join us for networking, industry updates, important safety information, and our special guest speaker, NPGA Chairman Michael Hopsicker.
Reservations
Please reserve your room at our special rate of $159 per night plus tax by calling (304) 403-6300, selecting option 1, and requesting the room block for “WV Propane” or by visiting canaanresort.com, entering your arrival and departure dates, and entering group code WVPropane.
The group block closes on September 15, 2025, with any rooms not booked by that date released for general sale.

- 9 AM – 2 PM: Blackwater Falls State Park, Lindy Point, lunch together locally
- 2 PM – 5:30 PM: Free Time
- 6 PM – 7 PM: Cocktail Reception
- 7 PM: Dinner
